Tenant Screening

We conduct extensive screening on all tenants and handle everything from moving your qualified tenant into their new home, to rent collection, to handling maintenance issues. Our tenant screening includes: Landlord Verifications, Driver’s License Verification, Eviction Screening, Employment/ Income Verification, Lease and all Addendum Preparations, Move-In Inspection and Report with Photos


Rent Collection

We make sure you get paid on time, every time. You no longer have to worry about rent showing up in your bank account because we take care of everything so you have to worry about nothing. You will receive this no later than the 10th of the month.


We conduct inspections 2-3 times a year, upon move-in and move-out, that includes documentation and photos of the property’s condition and ensure all maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner.

Financial Reporting

With our detailed financial reporting tools, it's never been easier to keep tabs on your investment. Log into your owner portal to view statements and stay in tune with how your investment is performing.

You are informed about everything going on with your property, especially when it comes to maintenance. We do have a $200 limit for authorization on repairs. However, the property manager contacts you on all problems to let you know what has happened and how much was spent for the repair. On anything above $200, the owners authorization is required before we proceed with any repair. Desert Canyon Properties is customized for each owner. If you prefer to be contacted for everything and be hands on, we will do that for you. If you are hands off, do not want us to bother you and only want to be contacted in an emergency, we can do that as well!
